Privacy policy

This policy explains what the Smoke Art website collects and how it is used.

What we collect

This site has no accounts. The one form on it is the first-visit signup: your mobile number is used to make the code that shows on your screen, and the counter matches that code to the last four digits of your number. The number is not sent anywhere and is not stored by this site; the optional deals box is recorded nowhere until we switch texting on. When you call, get directions or open DoorDash, you leave this site, and those services handle your information under their own policies.

Text messages

We do not send text messages today. If that changes, texts will go only to numbers whose owner ticked the deals box, message and data rates may apply, and STOP will opt you out at any time. You do not have to opt in to shop with us or to use your code.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits, the pages people read and taps on the Call, Directions and DoorDash buttons, so we know which pages help. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not run ads on this site.

Age

Smoke Art sells only to adults 21 and over with a valid ID.
